Dr. Elissa Kaplan received her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, followed by residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. She completed her gastroenterology fellowship at New England Medical Center. Dr. Kaplan joined the faculty at Newton Wellesley Hospital in 2005. She is an active participant in student and resident education at Newton Wellesley Hospital. She is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology.
